Been a bit behind getting the latest video up the past few weeks! Here's a random set of two at 295lbs, which is about 20lbs over my previous 1RM in the past. Could have been perhaps slightly cleaner at the bottom position, but overall happy enough with it! I'd rate this an RPE 9.
