It’s Friday, May 31st. This is the last of my little countdown: the lyric video for the song “Remember Paris”.

The song will be on Bandcamp, Mirlo, jam⁠.coop soon. It will not be on Spotify®, Apple Music®, Amazon Music® etc.  

This song will not save the world.

Neither will any change of behaviour of any of us just on a personal level.

The only real chance we have left is a fundamental change in politics, enforcing a funamental change in all people of the Global North’s behaviour.

We must demand from our politicians — whom, after all, we elected to be our employees to act on our behalf! — to finally do what they promised, back in 2015 in Paris: Keep global warming well under 2.0°C.

And that means stop all use of fossil fuels NOW. All of it. TODAY.
