Breakfast on Trappist-1 is another entry on the 2021 Adventure Jam and takes you to another planet of said name, the planet is special as it has no day and night cycle but is stationary with the parts that point towards the sun. You are the unnamed protagonist and you have a girlfriend that is a refugee from planet Evergreen and considers going back or going to Unity space station, that is said to be a haven for refugees. You of course want her to stay and destroy these wishes but make another dream come true, that is have a tea house on planet Trappist. So you need to convince her to stay and find some money to buy an old gasstation to turn into a tea house. Cool lineart by lorenzo depict planet Trappist in all its glory and graphics and make you want to stay with the sad story of your girlfriend and with the happy end. Sadly with the first person perspective on everything we will never know how the protagonist looks (or what his name is). The FPV also account for no animations in the game, every change in scenery is happening while the screen blacks out, but for a jamgame this is very okay. The music is not original to the game and for that could have been more tracks, it gets repetitive after a while. The puzzles in the game is okay and you never feel lost in the world but also they are very easy and straight forward.

Sorry for the screen flickering on the top part, somehow the nvidia drivers on linux are not the best, maybe it is AGS on linux, idk, I'm working on it and will hopefully find a solution...
