We are happy to announce today the availability of Update 1.5 of X4:Foundations. It adds the ability to ask people for directions, reintroduces a more talkative Betty shipboard computer and fixes a long list of issues.

With this update, the game now also gets the first ever X online mode called Online Ventures.

The X4:Foundations online ventures, allow every player to send a ship into other players universes and allow visitors into their own.

Your ships will VENTURE into the“parallel universes” of other X4 players. They will see your ships the way you designed and decorated them (exceptions are the player logo for the time being!).

Different ventures unlock different rewards.

For now there are no agressive ventures against other players and your ships are safe, but this will change in the future when we add more online venture gameplay.
