Look at this. The Bing imagery shows the situation around Salt Lake City International Airport before an entire new terminal building was constructed. Construction started at least 3 years ago, so I am guessing the imagery is 4 or more years old. Maxar imagery isn't as high resolution, but in my area generally much more recent.
