A cover of the Kate Rusby folk song, rearranged to include digital Drums, Bass and Sax. Here I play the Nektar LX Keyboard, the Yamaha acoustic guitar in Double Drop D tuning and sing the melody as a Bass singer. I also increased the song tempo from 87 BPM to 96.

The score was produced using Musescore 4 and the audio created in Cockos Reaper DAW via a Presonus Studio Digital Interface and Red Audio Condenser Mic. My intention is to replace the digital Bass & Sax tracks with my a recoding of my real instrument but the drums will always be provided by the EZ Drummer software.

I first encountered this song whilst singing with CSI:Halifax choir (now superceded by Carlton Community Choir). We did a SATB arrangement of the song. I sang with the Bass section whilst playing guitar along with the pianist.
