I've been using openshot for years, recently I wanted to BLUR out just part of the video, and I could not figure out how to do it with Openshot, so I found Shotcut and gave it a try. Here are the two different BLURs that I found that I could block out a section of the video.

I noticed Openshot cut off a lot of the video (like auto crop or something) - I couldn't figure out how to get it to stop doing that. This was annoying enough. So I think I'm switching editing software, thou I do like how openshot has all the title screens, and animated titles so I may end up using both.
