WEB5 = #DID (#ION side tree) + VC + #DWN (distributed storage protocol on top of IPFS). It is bitcoin obsessed platform. Unfortunately, bitcoin does not have a concept of smart contracts. Ethereum was built exactly for this reason - the bitcoin community refuses to add a programmatic layer. It is one of the reasons that force to build layers off-chain to close a gap.
