Probably the final Larson Style Scanner for awhile, this I went back to using the Arduino IDE. And added a variable resistor for speed control.
Also, just because it's one line of code that changes, I turned it green for a little bit :-) I was inspired to work a bit more this, from @zleap with all his Larson scanners/videos - Thanks, hope you enjoy
