Data Food Consortium

[EN] Data Food Consortium (DFC) is a group of firms, associations, citizens and local authorities helping short food chains to cooperate and scale. DFC participants are building together an open interoperability standard with a transparent & horizontal governance. Our goal is to build an open, sustainable and fair food system, giving more space and efficiency to short food chains. We also take part in building a decentralized web, supporting cooperation while preserving data sovereignty. [FR] DFC est un collectif d'acteurs désireux de soutenir le changement d'échelle des circuits courts. Son activité principale consiste à réunir les acteurs autour d’un standard d’interopérabilité sous licence libre. Notre ambition est de construire un système alimentaire plus ouvert, transparent et équitable, offrant plus de place aux circuits courts. Nous prenons aussi part à la construction d'un web décentralisé, soutenant la coopération tout en préservant la souveraineté des données.
