In phase one of the cleanup under this bridge, I am only exposing the trash so others can see it. Cutting back the underbrush also makes maintaining the area easier later after I get all of the trash out. As new bags of trash are thrown from the bridge by assholes in cars, I will be able to see them and pick them up
