Repair attempt of the portable oscilloscope & digital VOM combo made in the USSR. This unit is 31 years old, very nicely built. Unlike I first thought, he issue turned out to be the power switch rather than the cable. Taking a deep dive to replace it while dealing with some surprises! To be continued...
