The sidepath alongside Raleigh Rd in Chapel Hill NC is regularly blocked by utility crews (typically without permit). This time, they were told to leave at least half the width open. Video shows they did not get the message. We had less than 2' to pass three vehicles, and the fourth was actively spilling water (I hope) into our path.
