The Beatles have released what's been billed as their "final song".
Called Now and Then, it's been 45 years in the making - with the first bars written by John Lennon in 1978 and the song finally completed last year.
All four Beatles feature on the track, which will be the last credited to Lennon, McCartney, Harrison and Starr.
For interest's sake, the voice on this song is not AI, it is John Lennon's voice. Technology was used to extract & separate his voice & instrument playing from his old demo tape and clean it up from the old 1970s technology that it was originally recorded on & bring it up to 2023 audio standards, so it blended properly with modern sound technology, so it didn't sound misplaced and therefore not fitting in properly. Look at it like a remaster of his part in the song to enhance John's part & to bring it to life. All of The Beatles are recorded adding their parts to make this song, including George Harrison's part in the 1990s. The final result is as if we have gone decades back pre 1970 to when The Beatles last played together as the fab 4. This becomes iconic because of that fact.
This is the full version of 'Now and Then', with the excluded verse added back into the song but also with the whole song extended as a bonus. The included new section added here was not included in the released video version but could be clearly heard on the Beatles documentary on Now and Then. (The missing part from the video release sounded rough on the documentary but it is thankfully now sounding much better & cleaned up here)
On top of that, this version is also an extended version of that full unreleased version & because of that fact it was harder to get the extended full audio version and standard video syncing up exactly with each other perfectly. It is close though! It will do!
This is an iconic video & a great catchy Beatles song which has so much emotional triggers & because of that it is something very special especially since half the duo have now departed us, so this song brings them back together again for the very first time since decades ago!
It gets even more emotional when you realise that the last time Paul saw John in the mid 70s, John's parting words were "remember me, now and then, old friend". Also, John had labelled the demo cassette of Now and Then "For Paul". No wonder this was a labour of love for Paul. Please enjoy!
Please subscribe to my channel and please at least like this video so that more people will get to see this version. Thanks.

All credit goes out to the rightful owners, in this case The Beatles. If by chance I get asked to take this down by YouTube or by the owners of this video and song It will be removed immediately. I don't know if that will happen so watch & listen while you can because it could be gone at any moment. It is here as an extended audio edit and extended video edit to fit the longer audio version of the song as the audio and video go hand in hand together which triggers deep emotion. Please support the Beatles by buying their music.

I worked for hours getting this video to fit this extended audio version with the extra added music section not available on the official video release & it took loads of patience to get that video to sync up with the full audio version so for that reason I will leave this version up until asked to remove it. If that happens & only by the rightful owners, will it be taken down immediately. IF that happens & until then, it will remain on my channel. The lip syncing isn't perfect in certain little areas but it's so damn close that it'll do. Enjoy it!
Bonus 1960s style track version with video added to the end of this new Now and Then extended version. I have time stamped the 2 versions on the new upload so that you can go directly to the 1960s style version if you choose to.
