Father Knows Best started on August 25, 1949 on NBC Radio and starred Robert Young as Jim Anderson. His wife Margret was played by June Whitley and later by Jean Vander Pyl who was also the voice of Wilma Flintstone. The Anderson children were played by Rhoda Williams(Betty), Ted Donaldson(Bud) and Norma Jean Nilsson(Kathy). Father Knows Best continued on radio until March 25, 1954.
