I got a new Sony HVM 100. It's a black and white vidicon tube camera from sometime in the 70s. (I found one website claiming 1979 without evidence, but based on it's feature set I'd bet it's earlier than that.)

I'm capturing the footage off of it using a clearclick video monitor and recorder, no computer of VTR required.

I'm powering it from it's wall adapter, and taking the video from the on camera video output.

I'll build a battery eventually.
