Where did this sample come from? This is from my friend's work! There is a great stream directly next to her work and boy howdy there were tons of diatoms there. Lots of other fellas too, but wow, so many diatoms.

How did I get it to look like that? This is regular ol' bright field. Only changes were editing brightness, contrast, saturation, and white balance.
