sudo zypper install sudo zypper install v4l2loopback-autoload v4l2loopback-kmp-default v4l2loopback-utils

sudo modprove v4l2loopback

That should be all you need right there. just hit the Virtual Camera button in obs-studio and you can now use OBS scenes as a camera.
