This is my second weekly realtime screencast. In this one, I am starting work on a prop needed to finish a new shot added to the pilot episode. I added this shot to solve a problem with the animation and pacing:

I had TONS of technical problems this week, which stretched this out over the whole week, though I had planned to try to do it in one day. That soured my mood a little bit, and I'm afraid some of that probably shows on my face. Sorry!

I felt really good about getting back into production work, though, and making the screencast gives me some motivation to stay on track. I finally got a bunch of stuff done that I've been neglecting for many months now.

Because of the length, I decided to break this into two parts. I'll put the 2nd half up next week (and I expect there will be a 3rd part after that).

The captions were created using Vosk in Kdenlive. I have edited some of them, but some of the later ones are kind of comical, especially when I was mumbling (no I was NOT discussing "mass slaughter" under my breath!). I may try to upload a better edit.
