On 18 March 2025 Russia has declared a "moratorium on strikes on energy infrastructure" in Ukraine that should have lasted for 30 days but the beginning the attacks continued as before. On 27 March Russian state even TV expert explained that "let's be honest, the attacks are going as they went".
