Russian Kh-22 missile falling short in Lipetsk oblast'

Morning 1 February 2025, a local resident driving through a village in Yeletsk region of Lipetsk oblast' of Russia films a rocket falling and exploding in the field near the road. Later on people filmed a massive crater at the place and electricity supply was interrupted as result of the explosion. The rocket was most likely Russian Kh-22 targeted at Ukraine and falling short for unknown reasons. Location shown on the dashcam N52°38'12.9", E38°45'38.4" near village Cherkasskie Dvoriki.
