Vitaly Gura, head of Russian occupational administration in Nova Kakhovka, was detained by Russian police after a video where he swears and laughs in front of the World War II memorial was leaked. Gura was charged with the crime of "rehabilitation of Nazism" prescribed in article 354.1 of the RF Criminal Code but if you don't see much link between his imbecilic behaviour and "Nazism" that's okay because this is just the law title while its body doesn't even mention the word "Nazism" once but instead it bans actions like "defacing of symbols of military glory" and "falsification of history" (of course, the Soviet one). I have explained here how the law is being usually applied to silence historic research or debate on the role of USSR in WW2, but in this case it was used to discipline Russia's own puppet on the occupied territories which, by the way, demonstrates what kind of degenerates were nominated on these position by the occupational authorities.
