Rofi is an application similar to dmenu in that it can open applications, switch windows, help connect to ssh hosts, and list your default keybindings. It's also scriptable, and this is where it really comes into it's own to make you faster and more productive.

This video takes a brief look at Rofi, how it is installed, configured and themed. I also showcase some of the scripts I'm personally using, which I've been very impressed with.
