Made a heck of a lot of progress this month, and wanted to share the new AI improvements and system tweaks!

This is mostly powered by events and some big rewriting. It does get a bit messy towards the end, and there are a few animation issues, but on the whole it's miles ahead of where I thought it would be. :)
