Pedaling along bike lanes on a main street in Utrecht with a couple diversions along residential streets. Note the bollards used as modal filters to divert through-traffic of cars, but not people on bikes or walking. See also: raised crossings at the intersections between main streets & residential -- acting as a physcial speed reducer -- requiring drivers to slow down before crossing the walking and pedaling traffic.
