Detective (and some time former Detective) Hana Westerman is back! "Carved in Blood" is the third volume in Michael Bennett's New Zealand-set crime drama series. As usual the case ends up being very personal to Hana and her family...is this getting a little too formula and will the author surprise me after I thought the 2nd volume was just 'meh'?
