Step by step removal of malware and viruses using SysInternals: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/ The tool we are using is Autoruns.exe A powerful tool allowing the tech to find how the malware sets up its ability to automatically run each time the user boots and logs on. Autoruns.exe allows us to see malware using VirusTotal.com and then edit the registry. I will show how to then remove the files from the hard drive.
