Poland minister of foreign affairs Radosław Sikorski responds to Russia's claim that they "do not attack civilian targets" on UN Security Council. Sikorski replies based on his personal experience from his recent visit to Ukraine, and also makes a remark on Soviet-Nazi collaboration during World War 2 which Russia's representative Nebenzya denied as well.
