I posted this on TCRF (https://tcrf.net/Paper_Mario:_The_Thousand-Year_Door#Unused_Status) a few months ago and thought the video should be hosted on YouTube as well.

This video demonstrates an unused Attack Down status effect in Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door. It functions as a counterpart to the Attack Up status you can obtain from Power Lift.

It is fully functional and has its own unique splash color, sound, and icon! It is identical to Tiny except it does not shrink the character afflicted with it. There are varying degrees of how much it reduces Attack based on the value you put in for the code. In this example, I simply chose 2.
