I always take my guitars for a musical test drive in the workshop before sending them out the door. There is always something magical about bringing inanimate materials together, and turning them into something that has a voice, personality, and a soul. I also just got this NUX Effects portable amplifier in the mail, so I took it for a spin too. It's probably the smallest portable amp that I've played, and it sounds killer. I had this riff in my head, and then I used the tap echo function on the NUX amp to set the echo tempo to match the riff.
