Nvidia has recently been hacked by the hacking group Lapsus$ who stole over 1TB of data from Nvidia and has released 19GB of data onto the internet to be downloaded. Lapsus$ has demanded that Nvidia opensource all of their drivers and pay a 1 million dollar ransom for them to not release the rest of the data, Nvidia had until Friday March 4th to pay the ransom. Lapsus$ also more recently hacked Samsung and released 190 GB of information onto the internet.
