A series of Nirvana themed artworks I've recently started making and selling online. I also give them away at The Camden Market Free Art Man. I paint them on old vinyl records I get from charity shops and a local bulk record seller I found, last year. Although, they're not really paintings, they are more like monoprints, as I roll printing ink on, through a stencil. I made the stencil from a drawing I did of a baby swimming towards a fish-hooked bank note, like the photo on the front of Nirvana's Nevermind album. Then I hand stamped the lettering and wrote the track listing in permanent marker pen. The QR code links to the songs. Covers of Nirvana songs I recorded at home.
