My Experience with Roadside Roasted Corn 🌽

Yesterday, I had one of those simple but exciting moments that truly made my day. As I was passing by, I spotted some roadside fruit sellers who were also roasting fresh corn. The aroma alone was enough to draw me closer, and I couldn’t resist stopping.

When I got there, I was introduced to two different types of corn: our regular local corn and the sweeter variety, popularly known as sweet corn. The seller explained the difference, and I could instantly notice how the sweet corn looked fresher and softer. Of course, the sweet corn was a bit more expensive, but I decided to give it a try.

Guess what? I had no regrets at all. The taste was heavenly—soft, juicy, and naturally sweet. It was worth every coin I spent. Sometimes, treating yourself to something a little special makes the whole experience even more enjoyable.

Apart from the roasted corn, the stand was also filled with fresh fruits beautifully displayed—bananas, pineapples, oranges, and many more. It was a colorful and refreshing sight, reminding me how important natural foods are to our health.

That short stop by the roadside gave me not just a snack, but also a story to share. Truly, the little moments in life often bring the sweetest experiences.
