3rd Brigade of Ukraine published a video recording where Russian soldiers operating in Nevske (Luhansk oblast') order imprisonment of all local residents because they suspect they might be correcting Ukrainian artillery fire. Later on radio communications were intercepted where the unit's commander orders "cleansing of all locals" which could mean imprisonment or extrajudicial execution on spot. Subsequently, an argument was captured between Russian commander and his soldiers where he threatens them that if they refuse to fulfill orders, they will be "gathered in a basement and blown up with a mortar shell".
