This month’s MeshCentral Community Meeting brought key updates and thoughtful discussions. While most changes focused on bug fixes—such as translation improvements, AMT non-TLS connection issues, and config-based certificate regeneration—some notable upgrades stood out. These include refined session recording controls based on protocol types (CMD, PowerShell, etc.), and critical fixes for user consent placeholders in translated prompts when displaying remote access requests in non-English Windows environments where language packs are used instead of native OS installations.
Docker image PR improvements were highlighted with plans to offer pre-built, tag-based images for various databases, streamlining deployments across Kubernetes and Docker environments. The community also discussed growing support for RISC-V, macOS agent constraints, Raspberry Pi OS compatibility, and the value of auto-installing the MeshCentral Assistant tray tool alongside agents.
