Here's a recording of me playing "Le CouCou" (the cuckoo) by French composer Louis-Claude Daquin (1694-1772) on the 1721 Thielemann organ. As you will see or rather hear, playing historical organs can be challenging. Here we have a note that gets stuck, but fortunately, it wasn't a big problem.
