1. Overview
The Races promotion ("Races" or "Promotion") is a wagering competition where eligible participants can win prizes by climbing the leaderboard based on their wagering activity. We offer three concurrent race types:

a. Daily Race
     - Duration: 24 hours
     - Prize Pool: $5,000
     - Leaderboard Size: Top 300
     
b. Weekly Race
     - Duration: 7 days
     - Prize Pool: $25,000
     - Leaderboard Size: Top 500
     
c. Monthly Race
     - Duration: 30 days
     - Prize Pool: $75,000
     - Leaderboard Size: Top 1,000




2. Eligibility
2.1. General Eligibility
To participate in Races, you must: 
∘ Have a registered account.
∘ Meet the age requirements.
∘ Not be located in a restricted jurisdiction.
∘ Not have any active self-exclusion or account restrictions.
∘ Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

2.2. Automatic Participation
Participation in Races is automatic. Any eligible wager placed during an active race period will count toward your leaderboard position. No opt-in or registration is required.

2.3 Account Restrictions
∘ Only one account per person, household, IP address, or device is permitted to participate.
∘ Accounts flagged for suspicious activity, bonus abuse, or terms violations are ineligible.
∘ We reserve the right to exclude any player from participation at our sole discretion.




3. How Races Work
3.1. LeaderBoard Ranking
∘ Players are ranked by their total wager amount during the race period.
∘ Higher total wagers result in higher leaderboard positions.
∘ The leaderboard updates approximately every 5 minutes.
∘ All eligible wagers across supported games contribute to your race total.

3.2. Eligible Wagers
The following wagers count toward your race position:
∘ Slots and casino game wagers.
∘ Table game wagers.
∘ Live dealer game wagers.
∘ Original game wagers.

3.3. Excluded Wagers
The following do NOT count toward race participation:
∘ Wagers made with bonus funds (unless otherwise specified).
∘ Voided, cancelled, or refunded bets.
∘ Wagers on games with RTP exceeding 97%.
∘ Free spins or promotional play wagers.
∘ Wagers that are later reversed or disputed.

3.4. Race Schedule
Daily: 00:00 UTC -- 23:59 UTC
Weekly: Monday 00:00 UTC -- Sunday 23:59 UTC
Monthly: 1st of Every Month 00:00 UTC -- Last day of Every Month 23:59 UTC




4. Prizes and Distribution
4.1 Prize Eligibility
∘ Only players who finish within the prize-eligible ranks receive prizes.
∘ Prize amounts are determined by your final leaderboard position when the race ends.

4.2 Prize Distribution Schedule
∘ Prizes are distributed within 24 hours of race conclusion.
∘ Prizes are credited directly to your account.

4.3 Consolation Prizes
Players who participate but do not finish in cash prize positions may receive consolation rewards such as free spins, based on their relative ranking:
∘ Top 10% of non-winners: Up to 10 free spins
∘ Top 25% of non-winners: Up to 7 free spins
∘ Top 50% of non-winners: Up to 5 free spins

Free spin prizes expire 7 days after being credited and are valid only on eligible slot games.




5. General Terms
5.1 Modifications and Cancellations
We reserve the right to:
∘ Modify, suspend, or cancel any Race at any time without prior notice.
∘ Change prize pools, durations, or eligibility criteria.
∘ Correct any errors in leaderboard calculations or prize distributions.
∘ Adjust or void prizes in cases of technical errors or exploitation.

5.2 Fair Play and Abuse
The following activities constitute abuse and will result in disqualification:
∘ Operating multiple accounts to gain unfair advantage.
∘ Colluding with other players.
∘ Using automated systems, bots, or scripts.
∘ Exploiting technical glitches or errors.
∘ Money laundering or suspicious transaction patterns.
∘ Any form of fraud or deceptive practices.

5.3 Disqualification
Players found to be in violation of these terms may be:
∘ Disqualified from current and future races.
∘ Have prizes voided or reclaimed.
∘ Subject to account suspension or termination.
∘ Reported to relevant authorities where applicable.

5.4 Disputes
∘ All decisions regarding race results, eligibility, and prize distribution are final.
∘ In the event of a dispute, our records and leaderboard data shall be considered conclusive.
∘ Any claims or disputes must be raised within 7 days of race conclusion.

5.5 Technical Issues
∘ We are not responsible for technical failures, connectivity issues, or system errors that may affect participation.
∘ In cases of significant technical issues affecting race integrity, we may extend, restart, or cancel the affected race.




6. Limitation of Liability
∘ Maximum liability for any race is limited to the stated prize pool amount.
∘ We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
∘ Participation in Races is at your own risk.




7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
