At the end of october 2019 the 16 teams financed by the Ledger project gathered in the small town of Milazzo, in Sicily.

Their task was to apply what they know to a real case scenario and come up with an idea in 3 days. The only way to do it was to give faces and real stories to the "human" aspect.

We introduced them to a methodology of observation, analysis and co-design "in vivo".
