Technical notes for this video:

• I use vegetable-tanned leather for the belt, which shapes perfectly, stamps easily, and ages beautifully, developing a rich patina over time.
• For dyeing and finishing, I use Saddle Tan, Dark Brown, and Black dyes, along with Toko Pro finish.
• The surface of the belt is carefully sanded with fine sandpaper to create that vintage look. This process only removes the top finish layer and doesn’t damage the leather—its durability remains unchanged.
• The patina on the buckle is applied with ammonium hydroxide. This natural patina only affects the appearance of the metal, without altering its properties.
• I use solid brass Chicago screws—super durable and reliable.
