"Thrown in prison for a hundred years, the wrongfully-accused convicts, Little Goofy and Big Goofy, finally come up with an infallible plan to break free from their prison cell. Posing as an anarchic duo of undercover painters, the partners in crime paint everything in sight to elude a persistent policeman hot on their trail; but, in vain. Before long, as one thing leads to another, it's only natural that the boys wind up in a private high-society gathering dressed up as the visiting French dignitaries, Lecoque and Voitrex. Who are they kidding?"
