The process of laying out a chassis for the Dirty Dozen guitar amplifier I'm building for myself, as a practice amp for learning to play electric guitar.

Solving some problems and tweaking along the way, as I do it all imagining how various parts will interact with each other, considering layout changes.

The result is a piece of aluminum (or aluminium) stock with markings for holes, ready to drill and cut, which will be the second part. All handmade with love by yours truly, the classic old way - no CNC machining.
