Keith Kellogg speaking to Fox News says Russia made no major advances in a year and a half, "they haven’t taken Kyiv, pushed west of the Dnipro river, or taken Odessa", all of which were key strategic goals of Russia at the start of the full-scale invasion. Kellogg says Russia has lost hundreds of thousands of soldiers but "the front moves by meters, not miles".
