Israeli police forces have been raiding the Al Aqsa Mosque compound in occupied East Jerusalem since the start of the Muslim holy month of Ramadan. Those raids escalated on April 5, when forces stormed the mosque’s Qibli prayer hall and began beating worshipers, firing rubber bullets at them, and forcing them out of the mosque.
