Vancouver, B.C. has a reputation as a beautiful, bike-friendly city. But for a long time, it lacked the safe bike infrastructure to back up that reputation. So we pay a visit to the city to see if its streets have finally caught up to its image.
One correction: A bike lane was originally installed on Burrard Bridge in 1996, not 1995 as the video states.
