Importance of daily exercise
In our daily routine of healthy living, exercise has important role to play because it helps our bone to be strong. As we age or when we are sick. We always observe that our legs are weak, hands voice and eyes are weak too.
With that, we need to try and do exercise no matter how little it is. What is important is not how many hours or how fast you do it but you are moving. We are created to move and anytime we are unable to move, we gradually become weak.
As you watch the video,you can see that I did exercise without standing up, yes, you can do exercise even when you sitting down or lying down too.
