At this year’s LEVERS consortium meeting, our Slovenian partners shared their exciting work on “Creating Sustainability: The Future of Food” — an interactive Open Lab for youth aged 9–15. 🍽️🌱 Through a series of co-designed workshops with scientists, farmers, and educators, they’re not just teaching sustainability — they’re embodying it. Now, they’re taking it one step further: ➡️ Adapting these labs into formats for schools.
