On 14 June 2025 Ukrainian armed forces used precise intelligence to conduct a HIMARS hit on Russian military convoy that stopped in Makeevka, occupied Donetsk oblast'. Russian media immediately claimed "hit on civilian vehicles" but the video clearly shows many bodies in military uniforms and the officer running around the burning buses orders to "collect all weapons" several times.
