time2 mo agoview0 views

What is HIPnet and how could it make home networks operate better? In this demonstration at IETF 86, John Jason Brzozowski explains the problem HIPnet is trying to solve and shows the demo they had of two home routers from two different vendors (one from an open source project) interoperating and providing IP addresses.

John Jason Brzozowski is a Fellow and the Chief Architect for IPv6 at Comcast. This demonstration was sponsored by Comcast and took place at the "Bits-N-Bites" networking session on Thursday, March 14, 2013, at the 86th meeting of the Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF). The interviewer is Dan York of the Internet Society.
