FONV pop-in test - Vega 56

Fallout: New Vegas pop-in test using my Vega 56. Budget-Builds recently pointed out an issue that modern GPUs tend to have where their narrower memory buses tend to result in a bit of a pop-in problem, which I've also noticed when playing this game with mods using the RX 6600, and I wanted to test BB's theory with that.

I also died a few times, but that has nothing to do with my hardware.

Aside from the GPU which I swapped from the RX 6600 I normally use to the Vega 56 for this test, the specs on my PC should be shown in Mangohud.

My Vega 56 is a reference model while my RX 6600 is a PowerColor Fighter. I'm also running this on a PRIME B350-Plus mainboard so I'm on kind of an old platform, which means the R5 4500 not supporting PCIe 4 is moot here as I'm on a PCIe 3 board to begin with.

Also, what I named my character, 'Starkiller,' comes from what I picked for my PC's hostname: starkiller-base
