"Fifty-Six" is an electronic music composition created with the Korg DSN-12 software on Nintendo 3DS, performed by My Lord Femtiosex.

I set out to achieve several things: explore the technology at hand; use elements of noise inspired by the "Cetology" album by Marreck; use the 11/8 time signature; and use the pseudonym "My Lord Femtiosex". This last idea comes from the character in the science fiction of Cordwainer Smith. Because "femtiosex" is the Swedish word for fifty-six, is seemed a perfect name for music with 11 beats in the bar.
